Ashton Adams

Ashton Adams completed a 4-year baseball career at Our Lady of the Lake University, where he played as a utility outfielder. Prior to his collegiate career, Ashton was a four-year letterman at Harlingen High School, a 6A program in the Rio Grande Valley. During his high school career, he earned Newcomer of the Year, 1st Team All-District, and Offensive Player of the Year.

Ashton has over 21 years of experience in the game and has spent the past 5 years coaching athletes ages 5–18. He began his coaching career giving private lessons and running baseball camps at D-BAT Boerne. In late 2022, Ashton took ownership of the Boerne Bucks organization. He currently serves as baseball head coach for the Middle School, High School JV, and assists the Varsity team at TMI Episcopal.

Pablo Montante
14U / 18U — Head Coach

Pablo Montante

Pablo brings his passion and love for the game to the field every day. Born and raised in Laredo, TX, Pablo moved to San Antonio where he graduated from 6A John Marshall High School. He committed to play baseball in Southern California at Barstow Community College as a pitcher, then transferred to Our Lady of the Lake University on scholarship.

Pablo has pitched in elite collegiate leagues including the Appalachian League with the River Riders and the Texas Collegiate League with the River Monsters. He is now the pitching coordinator at TMI Episcopal and an assistant varsity baseball coach.

Ram Maldonado
10U — Head Coach

Ram Maldonado

Ramiro Maldonado is a left-handed pitcher and 2022 graduate, born and raised in McAllen, Texas. He played high school baseball at McAllen High, then competed in over five collegiate seasons across multiple universities at all three collegiate levels (NJCAA, NAIA, NCAA). He spent time at Laredo Community College, UT Rio Grande Valley, and Our Lady of the Lake University.

Ram also competed in the TCL with the Texarkana Twins and the 2021 San Antonio Flying Chanclas. He brings two years of coaching experience working with athletes ages 12–17U and over 20 years of baseball experience.

Tyler Vivier
12U — Head Coach

Tyler Vivier

Tyler Vivier was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended and graduated from 6A East Central High School, where he played four years of varsity baseball. After high school, Tyler continued his career at Our Lady of the Lake University, playing four years as a middle infielder and pitcher.

Tyler most recently played in the elite Western Canadian Baseball League (WCBL) with the Lethbridge Bulls. With 18 years of playing experience, Tyler has been coaching competitive youth baseball for the past 4 years and is committed to helping players grow both on and off the field.

Noah Rodriguez
16U — Head Coach

Noah Rodriguez

Noah was born and raised in Victoria, Texas, where he attended West High School and earned All-State honors as a second baseman during his junior year. He was a five-sport letterman in high school. He earned a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sports Management, a minor in Psychology, and completed a Master's in Nonprofit Management.

Noah played collegiate baseball for five years at Our Lady of the Lake University, primarily as a utility outfielder. He won a conference championship in 2021, competed in the Western Canadian Baseball League in 2022, and earned multiple Scholar-Athlete honors. He holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Bodybuilding Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

Marcos Salazar
9U — Head Coach

Marcos Salazar

Marcos Salazar was born and raised in Pearsall, Texas, where he graduated from Pearsall High School as a 4-year letterman. He went on to play 4 years of college baseball across multiple colleges and universities at all three collegiate levels (NJCAA, NAIA, NCAA) — including 1 year at Huston-Tillotson University, 2 years at Northland Community and Technical College, and 2 years at Texas College.

Marcos also played in the Independent League with the North Platte Plainsmen in North Platte, Nebraska, and served as a college assistant coach at the University of Maine–Augusta. He brings over 4 years of coaching experience working with athletes from 9 years old through college, and over 15 years of total baseball experience.

Nicolas Foate
Assistant Coach

Nicolas Foate

Nicolas Foate brings 16 years of well-rounded baseball experience as both a player and a coach. He played four years of varsity baseball as a shortstop, developing strong leadership, defensive instincts, and field awareness. He went on to pitch exclusively for two seasons at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, where he focused on control, pitch selection, and in-game strategy.

In addition to his playing career, Nicolas has coaching experience mentoring young athletes and contributing to player development from a leadership perspective. Baseball has shaped his competitive drive, discipline, and ability to work within a team at every level of the game.
