Tyler Vivier was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended and graduated from 6A East Central High School, where he played four years of varsity baseball. After high school, Tyler continued his baseball career at Our Lady of the Lake University, playing four years as a middle infielder and pitcher. Throughout his baseball journey, Tyler has had the opportunity to compete across the country and most recently played in the elite Western Canadian Baseball League (WCBL) with the Lethbridge Bulls. With 18 years of playing experience, Tyler is passionate about sharing his knowledge and love for the game with the next generation of athletes. Tyler has been coaching competitive youth baseball for the past 3 years and is committed to helping players grow both on and off the field while continuing to develop their skills and understanding of the game.

​14u/18u- Head Coach - Pablo Montante 

​Pablo brings his passion and love for the game to the field everyday and wants nothing more to pass down his knowledge and love for the game for generations to come. Born and raised in Laredo Tx. Pablo moved to San Antonio Texas where he played baseball and graduated from 6A John Marshall High school. After high school Pablo Committed to play baseball in Southern California at Barstow Community College for two years as a Pitcher. After graduating and Competing in California for two seasons he would then transfer to Our Lady of the Lake University on Scholarship to continue his education and Baseball career. Pablo  has pitched and work with coaches and teams in elite collegiate leagues around the world such as The Appalachian League with the River Riders and Texas Collegiate League with the River Monsters. Pablo has earned many awards such as 2020 Barstow Community College All Conference Pitcher (.86 era), 2020 NAIA scholar Team, 2021 RRAC Regular Season Champions, RRAC Tournament Quarterfinalist s, NAIA National Championship Opening Round Participant, NAIA Scholar 2022 RRAC Tournament Quarter Finalist, NAIA Scholar Team, ABCA Team Academic Excellence. RRAC Scholar-Athlete. 3 years of Coaching Experience Along with 17 years playing experience. Pablo is now the pitching coordinator at TMI Episcopal and an assistant varsity baseball coach and is a big part of the Boerne Bucks coaching staff. 

​Ramiro Maldonado is a left-handed pitcher and 2022 graduate, born and raised in McAllen, Texas. He played high school baseball at McAllen High, graduating in 2017 after finishing a historic season. Coach Ram went on to compete in over five collegiate seasons across multiple universities and all three collegiate levels (NJCAA, NAIA, NCAA). He spent two years at Laredo Community College before committing to play one year at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and he completed his final three collegiate seasons at Our Lady of the Lake University. Ram also competed in the TCL with the Texarkana Twins and the 2021 San Antonio Flying Chanclas. Throughout his career, he earned numerous awards including NAIA Scholar Team honors, RRAC Regular Season Champion, RRAC Tournament Quarterfinalist, NAIA National Championship Opening Round Participant, RRAC Gold Glove, All-Conference, RRAC Pitcher of the Week, RRAC Scholar-Athlete, and ABCA Team Academic Excellence. Coach Ram brings two years of coaching experience working with athletes ages 12–17U and over 20 years of baseball experience and knowledge.

10u- Head Coach - Noah Rodriguez

10u/16u Head Coach - Ram Maldonaldo 

Noah was born and raised in Victoria, Texas, where he attended West High School and earned All-State honors as a second baseman during his junior year. Throughout high school, he was a five-sport letterman, participating in tennis, cross country, athletic training, baseball, and powerlifting. The guidance and mentorship he received from coaches during this time had a lasting impact and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in athletics. He went on to earn a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sports Management, a minor in Psychology, and later completed a Master’s in Nonprofit Management. Noah played collegiate baseball for five years at Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU), primarily as a utility player in the outfield. During his collegiate career, he won a conference championship in 2021, competed in the Western Canadian Baseball League in the summer of 2022, and earned multiple Scholar-Athlete honors. In his sixth year at OLLU, Noah served as a graduate assistant and later as a part-time assistant coach. His responsibilities included coaching the outfield and leading the strength and conditioning program, where he designed and implemented training programs and skill development drills. With over 20 years of playing experience, Noah brings a wealth of knowledge in hitting, defense, pitching, and strength and conditioning. He holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Bodybuilding Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is honored and excited for the opportunity to make a lasting impact developing not only better baseball players but also strong leaders of character on and off the field.

11u- Head Coach/CEO - Ashton Adams

Coaching Staff

Ashton Adams completed a 4 year baseball career at Our Lady of the Lake University, where he played center field. Prior to his collegiate career, Ashton was a four-year letterman at Harlingen High School, a 6A program in his hometown of Harlingen, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. During his high school career, Ashton earned multiple honors including Newcomer of the Year, 1st Team All-District, and Offensive Player of the Year. Following graduation, he continued his baseball career at Our Lady of the Lake University. Ashton has over 21 years of experience in the game of baseball and has spent the past 5 years coaching and instructing athletes ages 5-18. He began his coaching career giving private lessons and running baseball camps at D-BAT Boerne for 3 years. In late 2022, Ashton took ownership of the Boerne Bucks organization and has continued to grow the program while developing young athletes. He is currently finishing his second year coaching at TMI Episcopal, where he serves as the baseball head coach for the Middle School, High School JV, and assist the High School Varsity team.
